Duties of Academic Administration
1.Doing all academic affair of the college such as annual subject programming, and supervision on holing educational classes and exam programming
2.Collecting, forming and preparing of documents of applicant faculty members for employment, changing position, annual rank promotion, efficiency project and etc.
3.Collecting and complementing documents and files required for propounding in academic committees; subject programming and emergency lesson elimination
4.Following academic applications of the college students for transfer, being guest student, major change, academic leave and etc.
5.Doing current academic affairs of the college on basis of personal referral during the academic year
6.Registration and forming of students' files after acceptance in university, doing affairs related to education period, and preparing degree document after passing approved academic period
